"OS Update" Request for Devices Running Android 10 Earlier
Thank you for always playing Toram Online.
We are constantly updating Toram Online to ensure that adventurers can enjoy the latest features.
If you are using a device running Android 10 or earlier, please update your OS or use a device that meets the recommended system requirements to continue playing the Google Play version of Toram Online.
In order to optimize the Google Play version of the Toram Online app, support for all devices running Android 10 and earlier will end with the app update slated for November 2025.
Once the app is updated, adventurers using devices running Android 10 or earlier will be unable to download the latest version of Toram Online from Google Play or log in.
To continue playing the Google Play version of Toram Online, please perform one of the following actions.
・Update your OS to Android 11 or newer.
・Switching to a device that meets the recommended system requirements.
Necessary changes in system requirement or OS compatibility may be made in the future.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please submit your "ASOBIMO Account" beforehand if you have not done so in order to be prepared for unforseen circumstances.
ASOBIMO Account Submission Procedure

Log in to Toram Online using the character which data you wish to transfer.

Tap [Settings > Account Settings > Submit]at the upper left of the screen.

Enter your "E-mail Address" and "Password", then tap "Submit".

A verification email will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted.

Should you have any problem, feel free to contact us from [Orb Shop > Contact Us] at the upper left of the screen before continuing your action.
Notes
*You are responsible for managing and maintaining the confidentiality of your "ASOBIMO Account" name and password.
*Please note that your ASOBIMO account and password are case-sensitive.
You won’t be able to log in if the capitalization is incorrect.

Services that require a user ID and password may be at risk of List-Based Account Hacking (Credential Stuffing), where login attempts are made by the hackers using the user IDs and passwords that may have leaked from other services.
To prevent unauthorized logins, your cooperation in the following aspects would be greatly appreciated.
・Set a password that is different and not being used on other services.
・Do not use a password that can be easily guessed.
If the conditions above (using the same password on other services and using easily guessed password) currently apply to you, please change your password immediately.

*Only the Android devices powered by the Snapdragon series SoC from Qualcomm Inc. are supported.
*A bigger amount of RAM than that stated in the recommended system requirements may be required depending on your device resolution.
*You can still play Toram Online despite not meeting the recommended system requirements. However, we may not deal with the troubles that occur on those devices.
Please consider changing your device if you are still playing on a device that does not meet the recommended system requirements.
