[1/14 EDIT] Compensation for Lv3 Support Skill "Sanctuary"

We would like to announce the issue on Lv3 Support Skill: "Sanctuary".
Details of the Issue
We confirmed the following issue on Lv3 Support Skill: "Sanctuary".
The skill description says "The amount (of damage reduction) depends on each player's MaxHP.", however, the effect was ignoring MaxHP.
This skill is designed to reduce the damage reduction depending on MaxHP.
This issue was occurring from December 10th at 4:30 PM (JST/GMT+9) until December 18th at 3:30 PM (JST/GMT+9).
Suspension of "Sanctuary"
We suspended Lv3 Support Skill: "Sanctuary" from the maintenance on December 18th.
We will announce when the skill is released again.

We have determined the compensation taking customers' opinions into consideration.
Please check the following for details.
▼Compensation
The Reset Items that can be used from "Use Special Items" and Orbs used for resetting characters' stats and skills during the following period will be compensated.

From: December 10th at 4:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Until: December 18th at 3:30 PM (JST/GMT+9)
▼Payers Applied to Compensation
Players who reset "Skill Tree" or "Stat Points" using Reset Items or Orbs during the period above will be applied to the compensation.

We have changed the contents of the compensation.
Please note that only the players who have reset Skill Tree will be applied to the compensation.
- Reset "a Skill Tree" with "Notebook of Oblivion" or Orbs
"Notebook of Oblivion" or "Spina" will be compensated.
- Reset "All the Skill Trees" with "Book of Oblivion" or Orbs
"Book of Oblivion" or "Spina" will be compensated.
- Reset "Personal Stat" with "Mirror of Reflection" or Orbs
"Mirror of Reflection" or "Spina" will be compensated.
- Reset "Stat Points" with "Reset Book" or Orbs
"Reset Book" or "Spina" will be compensated.
*We will announce the amount of Spina on our official news.

The compensation is scheduled to begin from mid-January, 2016.

[1/14 EDIT]Compensation of Spina
If you have reset skill trees, Spina will be compensated as followings.
- Reset a skill tree using "Notebook of Oblivion" or Orbs: 9,700 Spinas per reset
- Reset all the skill trees using "Book of Oblivion" or Orbs: 31,600 Spina per reset
[1/14 EDIT]If automatic skill reset has been applied, Spina will be compensated as followings.

31,600 Spinas will be compensated per character that learned Sanctuary.

[12/28 EDIT] Changes in Compensation
Along with the addition of the compensation above, the contents of the news: "Issue on Lv3 Support Skill: "Sanctuary" have been changed.
We apologize for the inconvenience but please check the following information.

Log in with all the characters that have Sanctuary during the following period.

From: December 18th,2015 at 3:30 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Until: January 7th,2016 before the maintenance
-> The ending date and time has been changed to January 14th,2016 before the maintenance
*The period is subject to change.
If you meet the condition above, the following compensation will be applied.
- Compensation -
If you login with the characters that can use "Sanctuary" within the period above, the character's Stat Points, Personal Stat and Skill Tree will be reset automatically.
*The same effect of "Reset Book" will be applied to the character's Stat Points.
*The same effect of "Mirror of Reflection" will be applied to the character's Personal Stat
*The same effect of "Book of Oblivion" will be applied to the character's Skill Tree.
- Note -
*If you have multiple characters that can use "Sanctuary", you are required to log in with each character within the period above to apply compensation.
*Along with the addition and changes in the compensation, we will investigate the players who are applied to the compensation.
Therefore, you don't need to contact us regarding this issue.
*We have applied the same effect of "Reset Book", "Mirror of Reflection" and "Book of Oblivion" as the compensation. *Please contact us with the following information if you deleted "Sanctuary" by yourself between December 17th at 5:30 PM (JST/GMT+9) and December 18th at 4:00 PM (JST/GMT+9).
▼How to Contact Us Tap Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us > Others and contact us by January 7th at 11:59 PM (JST/GMT+9). The compensation will not be applied even if you contact us after January 7th at 11:59 PM (JST/GMT+9). If you haven't named your character in "Switch Character", please name your character.
