This time we would like to sincerely apologize for causing anxiety among our players after the recent app update that has greatly affected the game balance.
We would also like to apologize for being unable to provide free resets despite the major balance adjustments.
Please be informed that we are planning to provide free resets at a later date and return the reset items used because the skills were adjusted not long after they were released.
*Please note that only the reset items that were used between 3/24 3:30 PM and 3/31 2:00 PM (JST) will be returned.
