We have confirmed the following issues due to the connection error on Sunday, July 17.

・Conversion process of "Ticket Piece" to "Avatar Ticket"
・Conversion process of "Orb Shard" to "Orb"

We will require some time to check the Avatar Tickets and Orbs that were not converted properly and we will distribute them.
