One Time Only 50% OFF Discount Bug for "Cute Sheep" Avatar Chest Open x11
The first time discount for "Cute Sheep" avatar chest sold starting from 11/1 12:00 AM (JST/GMT+9) is not being applied for players playing on Android, Steam, and Windows.
We have fixed the problem at 11/1 10:05 AM (JST/GMT+9) and now the discount is being applied properly.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We have returned the Orbs that were supposed to be discounted to the players who had purchased the chest during this issue.
*The returned Orbs may take some time to be reflected on your account.
*The refunded orbs have been added to Unpaid Orb.
*Please receive the Orbs from Menu > Community > Mailbox > Present.
*Please note that Orbs are available only on the same device platform.
Because of this issue, the discount becomes available once again after 11/1 10:05 (JST/GMT+9) for iOS users.
Please be informed that this is not a bug, so you may purchase the chest again.
As this problem has caused a difference in the number of discounts available for players on different platforms, we are going to hold a discount promotion exclusively for non-iOS players in the future.
